"The service was great and arrived promptly---no complaint. I like using the pods with my inexpensive $19.99 Hamilton Beech pod coffee maker. I also like variety. It is almost totally impossible to find a variety of flavors, brands, etc. locally. I really like the strong robust flavor of Gevalia coffees, and since they do not offer "pods", I improvise using a regular coffee filter which I gather up to make a "pod". Go to YOUTUBE for a demostration of the technique. My stingy Scottish nature will not allow me to buy the expensive Keirug coffeemaker---or the t-cups it uses. I love my cheap pod maker so much I bought a "back-up". I am a satisfied customer.

"I live overseas -- my husband works on a US military base in the UK. I tried ordering coffee from another company that would ship directly to an APO address -- but they would only ship using surface (even though I was willing to pay for priority postage). It took my order abut 8 weeks to arrive!
Although, ACS does not currently ship directly to an APO via USPS -- they pack all my coffee into one box, so that when it is delivered free to my reshipper I only pay one handling fee.
Because ACS ships free to my Stateside address -- and my reshipper ships using Priority -- I get my coffee within a couple of weeks for the cost of priorty postage and one handling fee (so worth it). It does cost me the $7.50 handling fee per package, but as I said they are careful to put the order all in one box. And, as there are often discount coupons available on the web (or sent in an email) I often save a portion of the fee due to the discount."

I use the Baronet brand pods in my Senseo and appreciate that ACS provides the pod weight. Standard seven gram pods (Senseo brand) make coffee that's too watery. Baronet's ten gram pods work fine, the 12 gram pods will not fit.
Baronet offers a good selection of ten gram pods, however consider staying with the non-flavored type for everyday use; the vanilla & coconut are fun to drink - once a week."

"I was told to shop at ACS by my step-sister. I love that shipping is free with a reasonable amount to buy, and that they ship the next day after you place your order...not days or a week later like some places. I also love their selection with the larger boxes (24 in a box vs. 18 at a lot of places). Only one issue with customer service (problem with Emeril's Jazzed up decaf K-cup) and she was great. I can't say this about many places, but they are great and I am happy!"

While I need to spend $50 to obtain the free shipping, that puts you at the same price point as Costco.
