ShippingOrders received during normal business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) before 3pm Eastern time are usually shipped the same business day. In the event that a backorder occurs or we are unable to ship your order in a timely fashion you will notified by the email address or telephone number given when you placed the order.
FedExWe use "FedEx" as our primary shipping method to the United States and Canada. Typical transit times in the contiguous United States are 1 to 5 days. If you need a rush order please call our office for more options (M-F).
Shipping SaverOur "Shipping Saver" shipping method offers a valuable cost saving way to deliver your package. We utilize FedEx Smartpost to send your package using this method. Typical transit times for the contiguous United States are 2 to 7 days.
Free Shipping:Free shipping offers apply only to orders shipping to addresses in the 48 contigious United States. We will select the most appropriate method and carrier to deliver Free Shipping orders. *Free shipping offers DO NOT APPLY to International orders or orders in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. Free Shipping only applies to orders in the 48 contiguous United States.
In Store Pick UpYou may pick up your order at our Cleveland Ohio Office during normal business hours (8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday). We will email you when your order is ready. Most orders are ready within 2 hours. Please bring a copy of your receipt.
Military AddressesPlease call us if you would like to ship to a APO or FPO military address. Some products cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Each country has its own import restrictions. We rely on our customers to be aware of restrictions based on the region in which they are shipping. Some General FPO APO shipping Information: Packages may not exceed 70 lbs. Packages may not exceed 130 inches in length and girth. Perishable foods, alcohol, firearms, and other hazardous materials are not allowed. To learn more about any such restrictions please visit the USPS website regarding APO/FPO addresses.
CanadaCanadian customers will receive your order via UPS Standard. Canadian customers must also pay a brokerage fee that will be collected at the time of delivery. This fee is above the amount paid to CoffeeHouseExpress.com. The simple chart below shows the brokerage fee that you should expect to pay. This fee is based on the order value.
